This interactive breakout session uses an intersectionality-focused collage activity as an apperceptive tool to support reflection across career, workplace experiences, communication styles, coping strategies, interpersonal competence, and future envisioning. Participants will engage with layered visual images to explore how personal identity and environmental context intersect and influence self-image, efficacy, representation, and relationships. Through guided reflection and discussion, the activity promotes insight, self-awareness, and meaningful dialogue that can be applied to professional growth, workplace interactions, and personal well-being.

TESTIMONIALS

Dear Para Educator Symposium Partner,

Your personal efforts in logistics and/or time preparing for highly valued and inspirational presentations are truly appreciated.

Para Educators left excited, valued, invigorated, and better informed through craft development. In fact, as we continue to “Belong, Grow, and Succeed” together, overwhelmingly participants shared the day’s benefit and immediate application potential of the strategies, approaches, and/or methods suggested through the Keynote, panel, and sessions.

The enthusiasm was contagious and the day’s success was due to your contribution.

Again, with heartful thanks and in gratitude,

Mary

Respectfully,

Mary Tillar
