Biography
Dr. Gail Hunter designs and facilitates psychosocial interventions for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on well-being, self-reflection, and identity development. Her work integrates creative methodologies—particularly collage apperception exercises—to support insight, personal growth, and culturally responsive practice across diverse populations. Dr. Hunter has presented her research and applied work at a range of academic and professional conferences, including the University of the District of Columbia’s Research Day, where she explored the Cultural Applicability of the Big Five Personality Trait Theory, and the Washington Adventist University Faculty Research Conference, presenting on Inner Scape Identity Development in Emerging Adults. Earlier in her career, she presented nationally at the Philadelphia Mayor’s Commission on Literacy Annual Technology Conferences, sharing innovative approaches to literacy instruction through her sessions on New Teaching Tools in Literacy at Temple University.
